The Business Improvement and Redesign Group will present the Change Management Seminar. This one-day seminar will be offered on Tuesdays for those attending Advanced training courses and on Wednesday for those attending Basic training courses.

The core of this seminar addresses seven key areas (modules) that will help you create a Change Management Plan.
